Founded in 1982 by experienced dental technicians, our laboratory today works with a large team that combines digital production with hand craftsmanship.
Every stage of production is under our own roof, from plaster and models to CAD design, milling and laser sintering, through to the porcelain and removable prosthetics departments. This means the fixed, implant-supported and removable parts of a case are made by the same team and fit together.

A case's journey through our laboratory.
Every case passes through the same six stages. Each stage has its own checkpoint, and the case manager follows the case from registration to delivery.

Intake and planning
The incoming impression or scan is registered. The case manager checks the Rx details, preparation margins and shade target, and calls the dentist before production if anything is missing.

Model and scan
Physical impressions are poured and digitised. Intraoral scans go straight into the design queue.

Digital design
Anatomical form, contacts and occlusion are designed in 3Shape. Where needed, the design is shared with the dentist before production.

Production
Zirconia and bar frameworks are milled, CoCr frameworks are produced by SLM laser sintering, and models and try-in parts are 3D printed.

Aesthetic finish
Shade, translucency and surface texture are created by our porcelain specialists. Metal frameworks are trimmed and polished.

Quality control and delivery
Every case is packed after checks of fit, contacts, occlusion and surface. In the last 12 months, 98% of cases were delivered on the planned date.

Our design, production and finishing departments are in the same building. We invite dentists to see our laboratory in person.
Quality is something we measure.
We track our remake rate and on-time delivery rate every month. In production we use only materials with a known manufacturer and CE number.
