ByDental was founded in İzmir in 1982 as a family company by experienced dental technicians. Today we combine the experience of two generations with digital production and work for dentists in Türkiye and 11 European countries.

Registration of the BY Dental trademark with the Turkish Patent Institute.

First transition to an ISO 9001 quality management system.

More than 400 cases a month, clinics in 11 countries.

Which departments does a case pass through in the laboratory?
Each department carries out its own checks. The case manager follows the case's entire journey between departments.
Model preparation
Model and scan
Impressions are poured, dies are prepared, and models are scanned or 3D printed.
Digital design
CAD design
Anatomical form, contacts and occlusion are designed on the scan data.
CAD/CAM production
Milling
Zirconia, PMMA and bar frameworks are milled.
SLM metal production
Laser sintering
CoCr crown, bridge and partial denture frameworks are built layer by layer.
Aesthetic layering
Porcelain
Shade, translucency and surface texture are created by hand.
Conventional department
Removable prosthesis
Tooth set-up and finishing for complete, partial and flexible dentures.
Metal finishing
Trimming and polishing
Frameworks are trimmed, polished and checked.
Final check
Quality control
The case is packed after checks of fit, contacts, occlusion and surface.
Technology
Digital production, finished by hand.
The machine produces the framework; the technician creates the aesthetics. That is why we plan our investment in digital equipment together with our porcelain and removable prosthetics specialists.
