Quality is something we measure.
In the last 12 months, 98% of cases were delivered on the planned date. Our remake rate is below 3%. In production we use only materials with a known manufacturer and CE details.

Before every case is delivered
At registration
Rx details, tooth numbers, shade and implant connection type are checked. Missing information is requested from the dentist before production.
At design
Margins, contacts, occlusion and material thickness are checked on the design screen.
In production
Frameworks are tried on the model. Passive fit and marginal fit are checked.
At delivery
Shade, surface texture and polish pass a final check. The case is packed under the patient code.
