Send a case
Digital scan or physical impression: both routes enter the same workflow. Once your case is registered, you are given the planned delivery date and the name of your case manager.
Upload a scan file
STL, PLY, OBJ or 3Shape ZIP. Mark the tooth numbers on the chart and add your shade and notes.

Add ByDental to your laboratory list and direct the Rx to the laboratory.

Pack impressions and models securely.
Making sure the impression does not deform in transit is at least as important as the scan for a try-in that seats. The steps below are all it takes.
Courier collection
Call us for impression collection and delivery from your clinic.
Shipping by courier
Send the package to our laboratory address and enter the tracking number in the notes field of the form.
International shipping
The shipping schedule is planned for your country. See the International page.
- Disinfect the impression and place it in a sealed bag.
- Include the opposing arch impression and the bite registration.
- Place the completed Rx form in a separate bag inside the package.
- Use a patient code instead of the patient's name.
- Upload shade photographs using the form.
- Secure the impression in a rigid box with no space for movement.
Before sending a case
Which file formats do you accept?
We accept STL, PLY and OBJ files. 3Shape users can upload the case package as a ZIP. You can send the file from the Send a case page or through your scanner's laboratory portal.
Which implant systems do you work with?
Systems we work with often: Straumann, Nobel Biocare / NobelGuide, Nobel All‑on‑4, Astra, Ankylos, Biomet 3i, Neoss. If your system is not on the list, share the connection type and library details and we will assess the case together.
What are your turnaround times?
Our average turnaround time is 5 working days. It varies with case type and number of try-ins. The planned delivery date is confirmed to you when each case is accepted.
What happens if a remake is needed?
Your remake request is recorded in the case file and the same case manager plans the process with you. Our remake rate is below 3%.
Can I get a price list?
Prices vary by case type and material. You can request the price list by phone or through the contact form.
Can I visit the laboratory?
Yes. We would like you to see our production centre in Karabağlar. Simply book an appointment in advance.
